Gourd Meat Dumplings

Wash and peel 1 gourd gourd.

Take half of the gourd and rub it into silk with a wiper.

Wash the green onions and chopped green onions.

Wash the pork and dice, with a fat-to-lean ratio of 2:8.

Chop the pork finely, add water in portions and stir vigorously. Finally, add salt and soy sauce to taste and mix well.

An appropriate amount of flour, first stir with cold water to form a small dough.

Knead it into a smooth dough and wake up for ten minutes.

Roll the dough into a large dumpling wrapper, and use a bottle cap to press out dumpling wrappers of the same size.

Stir the minced pork and shredded gourd.

Take appropriate amount of minced meat and make dumplings.

Some dumplings are kept in the refrigerator.

Boil water in a pot, add dumplings and cook.

When eating, adjust the dipping sauce according to personal preference. I used a garlic vinegar sauce mixed with white vinegar and soy sauce (1:1) and minced garlic.
