Green Beans, Yam and Diced Carrots
1.
Boil water in a boiling pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, and boil the green beans;
2.
When the green beans are ripe, add the diced yam and blanch them together;
3.
After blanching, remove and drain the water;
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add carrots and stir fry;
5.
Stir-fry for a few times and then add blanched green beans and diced yam to stir fry;
6.
Finally, add salt to taste, stir-fry evenly and transfer to a plate.
7.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. The green beans are not easy to cook, so they should be blanched for a longer time. Add a little salt and a few drops of oil when blanching; then add the easy-cooking diced yam, blanch and drain for later use; 2. Stir-fry the carrots with oil. Carotene is absorbed, so you don’t need to blanch it directly with oil.
