Green Curry Chicken

Chicken cut into pieces, blanched,

Put the carrots in a pot of cold water,

After boiling, add the cut red pepper and peas,

Newly tried green curry (usually sold in imported supermarkets, but it may not necessarily be this brand)

Put half of it in, turn to low heat and cook for more than ten minutes, sprinkle a little salt to taste, and put in washed mint after serving.
Tips:
This brand is really spicy, so I actually made a little mistake in putting the red chili peppers. The one I ate before was not so spicy. It tasted better with a little bit of it. As a result, it really had to be served with two bowls of rice. Now, although the taste is really good, especially the refreshing after a moment of spicy, it is very comfortable,
The curry is full of flavour, and there is no need to put ginger or anything, so you don’t have to worry about the smell of chicken
