It is good to eat in plain water, better with sauce and side dishes. It is more authentic with some sesame sauce and chili sauce.
Tips:
1I use a noodle machine, so I use less water. Please increase or decrease the amount of water according to your actual situation.
2 Two cups of flour are about 500 grams, I use ordinary all-purpose flour. High-gluten flour can be used for a more chewy texture.
