Green Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients.

3. Mix thoroughly with warm water and set aside. (We can drink directly every day)

4. Pour 150ml of the adjusted green juice into the measuring cup of the noodle maker

5. Load the flour into the noodle machine and start the chewy noodle program.

6. Place the measuring cup with the green juice on the noodle maker and let it automatically flow into the noodle maker.

7. With the rotation of the noodle machine, the green juice has completely flowed into the flour, the barley grass green juice is very delicate, and there is no residue at the bottom of the cup

8. After kneading the noodles, the noodle machine will wake up automatically.

9. The noodle machine comes out automatically.

10. After the water is boiled, it is ready to be cooked. It is beautiful when it is boiled directly with water. The noodles after being boiled do not have any off-flavors. On the contrary, the fine products are more chewy and more fragrant.

11. It is good to eat in plain water, better with sauce and side dishes. It is more authentic with some sesame sauce and chili sauce.

Tips:

1I use a noodle machine, so I use less water. Please increase or decrease the amount of water according to your actual situation.
2 Two cups of flour are about 500 grams, I use ordinary all-purpose flour. High-gluten flour can be used for a more chewy texture.
