Green Onion Kimchi

Ingredients to prepare onion, pear, fish sauce, chili sauce.

Clean the shallots, control the water, add a little salt and sugar to marinate for a while.

Shred the onion, pear, garlic, and ginger.

Put all the chopped auxiliary materials into the pickled green onion pot.

Add 3 tablespoons of hot sauce and mix the hot sauce and vegetables with your hands.

Spread the knotted green onions evenly in a glass bowl, spread a layer of green onions, spread a layer of auxiliary materials, cover the lid and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 5-7 days.
Tips:
It was supposed to be marinated with chili powder, but the chili powder is too spicy, and some people in the family can’t eat the particularly spicy, so I used sweet chili sauce~
