Green Onion Pancakes

Shallots, ginger, millet pepper.

Cut the shallot, millet pepper, and ginger into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of flour, and put the firewood and eggs into a bowl.

Add water and stir to make a thicker batter, appropriate amount of pepper powder and salt.

Stir well.

Transfer a proper amount of oil in a non-stick pan.

Pour the batter and turn the non-stick pan to make the batter flow and make the pancakes rounder. Start a small and medium fire.

The batter has solidified slightly, shake the pan to let the pancakes come off the bottom of the pan and heat more evenly.

Fry until brown spots appear on both sides.

Fold up and shovel out.
