Green Pepper and Bean Curd Yuba

Put the doudan in a pot and cook.

Put it in a bowl and set aside.

Cut the yuba into inch pieces.

Cut the green pepper into small pieces with a knife.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili.

Tips:
Doudan and green peppers must be fried separately to make them delicious.
