Green Pepper and Bean Curd Yuba

1. Put the doudan in a pot and cook.

2. Put it in a bowl and set aside.

3. Cut the yuba into inch pieces.

4. Cut the green pepper into small pieces with a knife.

5. Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili.

6. Put the pot on the fire, heat it up, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant.

7. Pour the yuba and stir fry.

Tips:

Doudan and green peppers must be fried separately to make them delicious.
