Fried Gluten with Bean Curd

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the green stalks into silk, and cut the gluten into slices.

3. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper.

4. Heat the pot, add in oil, onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant.

5. Add the bean curd, add the cooking wine and stir fry.

6. Add gluten and stir fry.

7. Add the green vegetable stems and stir fry. Add a small amount of boiling water to moisten the vegetables and stir fry.

8. Finally, add salt, pepper, and monosodium glutamate, mix well, pour in sesame oil and leave the pot.
