Green Pepper and Potato Shreds

Choose a large potato that is close to the eye, wash it, scrape the skin and slice it, and then shred it.

Cut off the two ends of the green pepper, dig out the seeds in the middle, and shred. The rest of the two ends is not wasted. I use it to fry the meat~

Tips:
