Green Pepper and Potato Shreds

Shred potatoes and wash them.

Shred the green pepper.

Remove the washed shredded potatoes and place the shredded green pepper on a plate for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and dried chilies, and fry for a while.

Pour into the potato shreds dish, add some salt, chicken powder, sugar, and stir fry. Pour some water to avoid dry frying. Once the fry is done, it can be out of the pot. Don't fry for too long if you like crispy ones.
