Green Pepper Carrot Pickle

After washing the green peppers, remove the tendons and seeds.

Cut the green pepper into 5 cm long filaments.

Carrot pickles are also shredded.

Put shredded carrots, pickles and green peppers in a clean container, and pour some cold vinegar.

Pour in appropriate amount of pepper oil according to your preference.

Finally, pour in half a tablespoon of red oil and mix well.
Tips:
1. After shredded carrots and pickles, soak them in water to remove part of the salt.
