Green Pepper Duck

Cut the duck meat into pieces and dry the blood.

Peel the green peppers into pieces and set aside.
3.
Add oil in a hot pan, stir-fry chopped green onion (white onion), garlic, and duck meat.
4.
Stir fry until the meat changes color under the oyster sauce, and the soy sauce continues to stir for 4 minutes.
5.
Add the green pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
6.
Add salt to taste.
