1. Remove the stems and seeds of the green pepper, wash and shred.
2. Add the drained green peppers to the hot oil pan and stir fry.
3. When the green peppers start to soften, add duck offal and pour in cooking wine to remove fishy.
4. When the duck offal starts to change color, add salt to taste.
