Green Pepper Lean Tofu

Chopped green onion, sliced ginger, right amount.

The tofu is blanched in advance for later use. You can put some salt in the water to make the tofu more delicious.

The lean meat is less than the cornstarch, ginger, and light soy sauce. Marinate for ten minutes in advance.

After sautéing the fragrant ginger slices in a hot pan with cold oil, add the lean meat and fry until the color changes and it is ready for use.

Put the remaining oil in the pot with green peppers. If you like spicy food, you can put a little more. I just put two.

Stir-fry the green pepper for a few times to add tofu and lean meat. Bring it to a high heat for a minute or two, add salt, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion, and stir-fry twice to get out of the pot.
