Green Pepper Noodles
1.
Wash the green peppers, ginger and garlic first
2.
Cut the green pepper into fine pieces, and dice the ginger and garlic.
3.
Wash the meat and cut into cubes. It's best to bring some fat.
4.
Add some starch to the diced meat and grab it with your hands, so that the meat will be tender
5.
Add oil to the pan (depending on the amount of meat), heat up the meat and stir-fry
6.
After the meat turns white, add homemade bean paste (you can also buy it at the supermarket), and continue to stir fry
7.
After the meat is colored, add ginger and garlic, stir fry, then add green pepper and tender ginger, continue to fry
8.
After frying for a while, you can pick up the pan and serve it on the plate. Green pepper bashful is just fine!
9.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and set aside.
10.
In the process of waiting for the water to boil, you can turn on another stove and fry two eggs in a pan (the eggs are accidentally broken up, so the appearance is not high, ha ha), set aside
11.
After the eggs are fried, adjust the bottom of the bowl, a little light soy sauce, a little vinegar, and a spoonful of homemade red oil chili
12.
Add water to the pot, boil, add the sliced cucumber, and pick it up when the water boils again (the cucumber is cut very thinly, so it’s good to burn it a little)
13.
After the vegetables are fished out, put the noodles in the pot and stir them with chopsticks.
14.
After the noodles are cooked (the degree of hardness depends on personal preference), transfer them into a bowl. Put the fried egg on top.
15.
Spoon a few spoonfuls of green pepper scum, sprinkle a little green onion (I forgot) to mix the noodles, and it's ready to start!
Tips:
I received a lot of blessings today, and I feel beautiful. Get up early to make a bowl of noodles, and wish happy holidays and beautiful days!
