Green Pepper Potato Chips

2 potatoes (medium), peeled, sliced, rinsed and soaked in clean water, set aside.

1 green pepper, wash, cut into sections, set aside.

3-4 shiitake mushrooms, wash, cut into triangles, set aside.

Heat oil in a hot pan, sauté the chopped green onions and ginger, add a tablespoon of homemade tomato paste (you can add tomato paste from the market), and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in potato chips and stir well.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir well.

Pour 1 scoop of steamed fish soy sauce to taste.

Then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add green peppers and stir fry for 1 minute.

Sprinkle in a little chicken essence and it will be out of the pan.
