During the Dragon Boat Festival, I bought a lot of preserved eggs at home, which coincided with a few consecutive meals of big fish and meat during the festival. Everyone wanted something lighter, so they made this dish and served porridge. Without adding a little oil, the taste of light soy sauce, salt and green pepper is very refreshing and very good.

Ingredients

Green Pepper Preserved Egg

1. Wash the two vitex noodles, dice, add a small amount of salt and some light soy sauce, mix well and marinate

2. Songhua preserved eggs peeled and washed for later use

3. Peel lettuce, wash, shred, and kill with a little salt

4. Spread the lettuce on the bottom of the dish

5. Cut the Songhua preserved egg into pieces and place it on the shredded lettuce. When you want to eat it, top with the chili prepared in step 1

Tips:

Since the light soy sauce itself has a salty taste, you should use less salt
