Green Pepper Shredded Pork

Slice the lean meat and then shred.

Put it in a plate, add pepper, cornstarch, light soy sauce, and peanut oil and marinate for ten minutes.

Remove the seeds and cut the green pepper into shreds.

Stir-fry the meat smoothly and discolor under the hot oil in the pot, and use it to control the oil and set aside.
