Green Pepper Shredded Pork

Shred the tenderloin and the green pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of tempeh sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of starch, 1 tablespoon of edible oil to the cut shredded pork. Grab it with your hands and marinate for 15 minutes.

Put oil in the pot and add a small handful of peppercorns.

Pour in the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes.
5.
Pour in shredded green pepper and stir fry.
6.
Pour in a tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry until the green peppers are soft and ready to go out of the pan.
