Super tasty appetizer, stir-fried pork with green pepper

Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Green Pepper

1. Cut green peppers into thin strips

2. Cut the tenderloin into strips. The cut is too ugly due to poor knife skills. Add in oyster sauce and soy sauce and let stand for 10 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and saute

4. Pour in the cut tenderloin

5. Stir fry until the tenderloin changes color

6. Pour shredded green pepper

7. Stir-fry until the green peppers are cooked through, add chicken sauce, and season with salt

8. Super meal

9. Green pepper will be a bit spicy

Tips:

If you can’t eat spicy food, it’s recommended to use other green peppers instead. It’s better to cut the meat into thin strips
