Green Pepper Shredded Pork Rice Bowl
1.
Prepare the ingredients. The slightly twisted green pepper is not very spicy and the meat is tender. I think the fried green pepper shredded pork is the most suitable.
2.
Remove the fascia from the tenderloin and cut into shreds.
3.
Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, a little bit of grass fruit powder, appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dried starch to the tenderloin and marinate for ten minutes, then add appropriate amount of cooking oil to stir evenly. I personally like grass fruit powder. You can put five-spice powder or white pepper powder.
4.
Wash the green peppers, remove the chili seeds, and cut into shreds for later use.
5.
Adjust a small bowl of water and starch for later use.
6.
Start the pan, heat the pan with cool oil, add the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes.
7.
Add the right amount of soy sauce and stir fry for color, then add the right amount of soy sauce to taste.
8.
Add shredded green pepper and stir fry until broken.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of salt, adjust the saltiness, and stir-fry evenly.
10.
Pour water starch and stir fry evenly.
11.
Take a small bowl, place a bowl of rice, compact it, buckle it upside down on the plate, and put shredded pork with green pepper to make a delicious bowl of rice.
