Green Pepper Squid Rings

The squid ring was cut into sections by my husband, (except the green pepper and cut into small sections) other materials were cut into pieces for later use.

Heat the pot, add corn oil, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, garlic, carrots, and green peppers until 5 minutes are cooked.

Pour in the squid segments and fry until very cooked, add a little salt and a little light soy sauce. Fry for a while and out of the pan.

I ate all the products from the sea tonight.

It looks very light, but very nutritious. Don't get fat after eating.
6.
Two meats and one vegetarian every night, just right.
