Green Pepper Stuffed Meat

Remove the stems of the green pepper, wash the seeds, add salt, egg white, fresh soy sauce, and cooking wine to the pork and stir in a clockwise direction until it becomes viscous

Stuff the minced pork into the green pepper

Add 7 grams of sugar to 30 grams of braised soy sauce and mix well

Pour oil in the pot

Add the green peppers in warm oil and fry until the skin is discolored and wrinkled
