Green Pepper Tripe

Remove seeds and shred green peppers.

Cut the louver and hairy belly into strips separately.

Heat the pan with oil, add a little green onion and ginger to the pan.

Add the green peppers and stir fry until they are broken.
5.
Add the tripe and stir-fry for 1 minute.
6.
Add the remaining scallion and ginger, deliciously fresh, salt, and stir-fry for 30 seconds to turn off the heat.
