Green Pepper Vinegar Fish

1. Wash the fish, green peppers, ginger, garlic, and millet spicy ingredients and cut them well.

2. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, salt, dried chili noodles, and the right amount of water. The ideal thing is just a bowl of water.

3. Put the oil in the pan until hot.

4. Put the fish in the frying pan and fry one side first.

5. Turn the fried fish on one side and fry it on the other side. Just turn it twice, don't turn it too quickly, it will stick to the pan.

6. Add the prepared ingredients and fry them aside.

7. Pour the prepared bowl of seasoning into the pot.

8. Cover the pot and let it sit for about 6 minutes.
