Green, Red and White Three Silks

Wash and shred carrots.

Also shred the onion and green pepper.
3.
Boil water in a pot and put the carrot shreds into the boil.

Tips:
1. Onions have a spicy flavor, so cut them as finely as possible. If you still can't eat the spicy flavor, just boil the water.
2. Cayenne pepper can be eaten raw, so there is no need to boil water.
