Green Soy Bean Pork Belly Soup

Ingredients: pork belly (washed and blanched), green soybeans (soaked)

Wash the soaked green soybeans.

Place the blanched pork belly on the cutting board and cut it.

Then, put the cut pork belly into the pressure cooker

Combine the washed green soybeans.

Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
