Green Tofu

Big greens from my yard.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces for later use.

Cut the tofu into thin slices and fry in a pan until golden on both sides, then take it out for later use. The tofu is old tofu. Drain the water first, and then fry it in a frying pan, so that the oil will not splash everywhere.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the greens and stir-fry on high heat until the greens turn emerald green, add 3 grams of salt and continue to stir-fry evenly. The whole process of frying vegetarian dishes is done with high fire, so that the frying dishes taste better.

Add the fried tofu.

Add a little water and a few drops of white wine, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer for one minute. Adding a few drops of white wine is to prevent the green leafy vegetables from turning yellow.
