Greens, Black Fungus, Cauliflower

Ingredients: green vegetables.

Black fungus (soaked and cleaned).

Cauliflower (cleaned).

Wash the vegetables and remove them.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cauliflower and black fungus and stir fry.

Then, add some water to boil, and cook until the cauliflower is cooked and tender.

Then, add the green vegetables, stir fry until broken, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry well and serve.
