Griddle Cauliflower

Chop the organic cauliflower and wash it with salt water.

Prepare pork belly, green pepper and millet pepper.
3.
Cut the pork belly into sections and then slice it.
4.
Blanch the cauliflower in a pot of boiling water.
5.
Drain the water in a drain basket.
6.
Put the pork belly in a cold pan and fry it over medium heat to get the fat (it can make the pork belly fat but not greasy when used).
7.
Put ginger slices, garlic cloves, pepper, star anise, Pixian bean paste, and soybean paste in the pot.
8.
Pour the cauliflower and stir fry.
9.
Cut the green pepper into hob pieces, and cut the millet pepper into circles.
10.
Transfer the cauliflower and pork belly to a casserole and stew (make the ingredients simmer soft).
11.
When it comes out of the pot, sprinkle in green pepper cubes and millet pepper rings.
