Griddle Chiba Tofu

Prepare raw materials;

Put a little oil in the pot, add Chiba tofu, add a little salt when frying;

Fry tofu until golden on both sides;
4.
Leave a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir fry;
5.
Stir-fry the fat in the pork belly, and the surface is slightly browned;
6.
Add the prepared ginger, garlic and red pepper and stir fry together;
7.
Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce;
8.
Add fried Chiba tofu and shiitake mushrooms and continue to fry;
9.
Slowly fry them until fragrant;
10.
Stir-fry with green pepper when it is eight or nine ripe;
11.
Finally, add salt, pepper and oyster sauce and other seasonings and stir fry evenly;
12.
After frying, transfer to a small dry pot and sprinkle some green garlic on the surface.
Tips:
1. Fry the Chiba tofu until the surface is golden brown. You can add a little salt to the bottom when frying. When cooking, you should put less oil, the pork belly will stir up the oil, so that it will taste less oily and more fragrant;
2. After the pork belly is stir-fried, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and light soy sauce, then add the prepared Chiba tofu and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, without adding other water throughout the process;
3. Add green pepper at the end when it is eight or nine ripe. It does not take a long time for green pepper; add salt, pepper and oyster sauce and continue to stir fry evenly;
4. After frying, transfer to a small dry pot, and then add the green garlic on the small hot pot.
