Griddle Chiba Tofu

Prepare ingredients

Thousand-page tofu slices, washed green peppers and sliced

Prepare green garlic leaves and bean paste

Fry the peanuts in a cold pan with cold oil, then scoop it up

Then fry the tofu slices until golden on both sides.

Save the base oil and turn to low heat to add the bean paste

After sautéing the red oil, add green peppers and stir-fry to create a fragrant aroma

Put the tofu back into the pot and add 1 tablespoon of boiling water

Continue to stir fry until the sauce is all fused with the food and the sugar is added

Pour in the peanuts and stir fry evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan

After serving, sprinkle with garlic leaves and serve
Tips:
1. Fried peanut kernels should be cooked in cold pan with cold oil, and they will be almost cooked when the oil temperature is high;
2. Cut the Chiba tofu slightly thicker, which has the best taste;
3. Doubanjiang is a kind of salty one, I didn't add other seasonings and it tasted better;
4. I like the sweetness of this dish. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste.
