Griddle Chicken Drumsticks

Material: chicken drumsticks.

Fried tofu, ham, shiitake mushrooms, garlic sprouts.

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces and marinate them with salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine.

Cut the fried tofu into triangles; cut the shiitake mushrooms in half; cut the ham into long sections.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the ginger slices.

Pour the chicken thighs in, don't rush over.

Slowly fry until the meat is golden, turn it over and continue frying. Fry until golden on both sides.

Set the meat aside, pour the shiitake mushrooms into the remaining oil in the pan and stir fry.

Then pour in the fried tofu and stir fry with shiitake mushrooms and chicken thighs.

Add sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce, add a large bowl of water, cover and stew.

Simmer until the soup is about an hour and a half, put the ham and half of the garlic sprouts in and stir fry.
13.
Spread the remaining garlic sprouts in a dry pan.
14.
Pour the chicken legs and other ingredients in the wok into a dry pan and bring to a boil.
