Griddle Chicken Wings with Lotus Root
1.
I bought the lotus root and washed it. This section of the lotus root is too big. I cut it in half. Cut the chicken wings into two sections and wash them.
2.
Peel the lotus root, cut it into slices, wash it, and soak it in clean water. Add a few drops of white vinegar to it so that it won’t turn black. Add rice wine to the chicken wings, mix the cornstarch and salt and let it stand for half an hour. Wash the green peppers and slice them, peel the carrots, wash and slice them, prepare the peanuts
3.
In a cold pan with cold oil, pour the peanuts in. When the oil temperature rises, the peanuts are just fragrant. Remember, cold pan with cold oil, pick up the fried peanuts
4.
Then add the chicken wings and fry them over low heat, then turn to high heat and fry until golden on both sides.
5.
Leave the oil in the pot, pick up the lotus root, water control, green pepper, and carrot slices into the pot and stir fry until the vegetables change color and smell
6.
Add a tablespoon of sesame oil to the bean paste and stir fry evenly. The bean paste is a bit salty, so don’t add salt if you add the bean paste.
7.
Then put the fried chicken wings into the pan and stir-fry evenly
8.
Finally, pour in the fried peanuts, add sugar and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and get out of the pan.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving, mix well and enjoy
Tips:
1. The addition of a small amount of white sugar can stimulate the umami taste of the food, and it will not taste sweet.
2. Different brands of bean paste have different saltiness, and they are seasoned according to their own seasonings.
