Griddle Dried Eggs

Wash the pork belly, add ginger slices and cooking wine and cook until eighty mature, slice the pork belly, cut other ingredients and set aside, sauté the ginger, minced garlic and green onion in hot oil

Tips:
1. I put dried chili and fresh red chili, because I think the two spicy tastes are different, and the dried pot dishes are a little bit more spicy, so you can leave them alone if you don't like them;
2. Dried eggs are instant products and can be eaten immediately after opening the bag, so just stir-fry them;
3. There is salt in the dried eggs, so use less salt when frying.
