Griddle Fish Head

Wash the bought fish head with water and tear off the black part inside

Wash the garlic seeds, slice the onion, ginger, and cut the onion into sections for later use

Add hoisin sauce, barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce in a small bowl, mix well

Spread evenly on the fish head and marinate for more than 2 hours

Tips:
1. It is best to heat up another pot and pour the oil into it, and fry the marinated fish head on both sides until golden brown, so that the fish head will be more fragrant and more delicious
2. In fact, just use the dry pot function directly! The cooking time of the Griddle is determined by the juice inside
3. My water volume is added beer, if you don’t need it, you can change it to water or broth
