Griddle Potato Chips

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, wash off the surface starch with water, and drain the water; heat a small amount of oil in a pan to fry the potato slices until golden on both sides.

Cut the bacon into thin slices and set aside.
3.
Cut green and red peppers into small circles and set aside.
4.
In another pot, saute the garlic and fry the bacon.
5.
Add the potato chips fried in advance, add soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add hot pepper rings and sprinkle chives.
