Griddle Potatoes

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut carrots, onions, and bacon into small cubes, cut green peppers into circles, and shred dried red peppers.

3. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes.

4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the milk pan and heat it up.

5. Add diced potatoes and fry until golden on the surface.

6. Remove the fried diced potatoes for oil control.

7. Pour oil in a hot pan, add pepper and dried red chili, and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

8. Stir in bacon and onion until fragrant.

9. Add the carrots and stir fry evenly.

10. Pour in the fried diced potatoes.

11. Add light soy sauce.

12. Add Daxi Dai beef noodles and black pepper.

13. Add green pepper rings and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

14. Pour the fried potato diced into a dry pan or this small cast iron pan, and heat it in an alcohol stove for consumption.

The potatoes themselves are cut into small pieces, so they should be fried quickly to avoid burnt.



Light soy sauce and Daxi beef noodles already contain salt, so there is no need to add additional salt.



The dried chili I used is self-dried and hot, so I put less, you can increase or decrease the chili according to your preference.



If you use a small cast iron pot or casserole to serve this dish, the pot must be preheated in advance.
