Griddle Squid

The squid is cleaned and shredded and blanched in the pot.

Blanch for 10 seconds to remove.

Coat with starch.

Heat the oil to 60% of the temperature and fry the golden brown in a pan and remove it for later use.

Heat up the pan and add the dried chili and peppercorns to fry until fragrant.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add celery and stir fry.
8.
Add the squid and stir fry evenly.
9.
Season with salt and spicy, sprinkle with coriander.

The pan and plate are finished.
