Griddle Steak
1.
Wash the steak first, and blanch hot water to remove any blood foam.
2.
The blanched steaks are sautéed to dry the water, and then sautéed in the oil until browned.
3.
Take out the browned steak, add the fried oil into a piece of garlic and ginger, and sauté.
4.
Mix the spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, wine, and fermented bean curd, and add water.
5.
Add the sauteed garlic, ginger and seasoning water to the steak. The seasoning water has covered the steak. Steak the steak in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes (to make the steak meat soft and tasty).
6.
It will be out of the pan after 30 minutes. If you want to add green garlic and chili, you can sauté it separately and stir-fry the steak slightly before serving.
