The pork belly is marinated in advance with 5ML of cooking wine and 10 grams of oyster sauce for a while

Tips:
1. Seasoning for marinated pork belly: 5ML of cooking wine and 10 grams of oyster sauce; amount of salad oil for frying: 80 grams of salad oil is not in the table of materials, and needs to be prepared separately
2. The pork belly slices should be thinner as much as possible, and it is best to marinate for a while in advance for more delicious
3. Thousand-page tofu is fried in a frying pan first, and then it expands and then shrinks when cold, so that there are voids in the tofu. When it is cooked, it will be more delicious after absorbing the juice.
4. The colored peppers have a bad taste after cooking for a long time, so I just add them after blanching the water directly. Of course, you can also put them in and cook them together before the end of the program, and adjust according to your own preferences.
