Griddle Thousand Page Tofu

Thousand-page tofu cut into slices.

After the water is boiled, put it in a pot and blanch it and remove it.

Heat the pan with oil, and stir-fry the pork belly until fragrant.

Pour in millet pepper, garlic and yellow lantern and saute until fragrant.

Add a scoop of cold water, and add thousand-page tofu.

Add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and simmer for three minutes.

Add some pepper, green chili rings, sesame oil, water starch, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
