Grilled Abalone with Iron Bar and Yam

1. Blanch the abalone for 2 to 3 minutes

2. Sprinkle salt on the abalone to remove surface residues

3. Wash the yam and steam it in a steamer for about 10 minutes

4. Peel the steamed yam and cut into small pieces of about 3 cm

5. Rinse the surface of the abalone with clean water

6. Abalone surface cutting knife

7. The yam is fried in a frying pan until it is formed

8. Cut the green onions into the same size as the yam, put them in the pan and fry them until golden

9. Put the abalone in the pot and cook

10. Pour the abalone into the pot and stir-fry the fried green onions, add abalone juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and stir fry

11. Pour in chicken broth and simmer

12. Put the cooked abalone in the pressure cooker and simmer for 2 minutes

13. After simmering, pour it back into the wok, add the fried yam, and collect the juice on high
