Grilled Barracuda

Two fresh barracudas, handled cleanly.

Slice garlic, slice ginger, cut dried chili into sections, and cut shallot into sections. Set aside with aniseed.

Heat the wok with oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and dried chili until fragrant.

Add enough sweet noodle sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of water to spread the noodle sauce.

Drop in the barracuda that has been scalded in boiling water.

After boiling, change to medium heat, add salt, sugar, and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.

When the soup is thick, add monosodium glutamate.
9.
Sprinkle the leeks, pour the soup, and oil. Put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.
