Grilled Bran with Squid Stew

After peeling the squid board, cut it into pieces of moderate size. The grilled bran uses canned honey-glazed grilled bran, cut green peppers, sliced carrots, sliced green onions, shredded ginger, and sliced garlic for later use;

Just stir fry a few times;
Tips:
1. The skin of the squid should be removed, so that the squid fired is tender and not old;
