Grilled Bridge Bones

Mix soy sauce, rice wine, salt, and white sugar to make a sauce.

Rinse the pork ribs, drain the water, cover them evenly with the sauce, and marinate for 1 hour.

Wash the potatoes, peel off the skin, and cut into 2 cm square pieces.

Dice the onion and red bell pepper.

Spread the tin foil on the baking tray and sprinkle oil on the tin foil. Put the marinated ribs on the baking tray with the potato pieces surrounding the ribs.

Pour the sauce into a bowl, add the chopped tempeh and hot sauce and mix thoroughly.

The sauce is sprinkled on the ribs and potatoes.

Preheat the oven at 220° for 10 minutes, put the baking tray into the middle and lower level of the oven, and roast for 20 minutes. The pork ribs and potatoes are turned over, sprinkle with onion, red bell pepper, and cumin, and continue to bake for 30 minutes From left to right until cooked, use a knife to cut between the ribs when eating.
