Grilled Char Siu
1.
Wash and drain the pork, add char siu sauce and honey to marinate for at least two hours
2.
I put tin foil on the baking pan, so I don’t need to wash the baking pan, put a small grill on it, and put the meat above it.
3.
After preheating the oven at 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes
4.
Take the meat out and roll it in the original sauce
5.
Put it back on the grill
6.
Put it in the oven and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, you can turn on the hot air and bake the skin. It can be dry and fragrant, very delicious.
7.
It's ready to be baked, slices can be served on the table and eaten
Tips:
1 The pork is half-fat and lean. It’s best if it’s less fat and more lean. It’s not completely lean. The meat that comes out is too hard. Who said I bought pork belly, but there is really no five-layered meat. 2 There are many kinds of char siu sauce, some are sweet and some are salty. If you like sweet, you can add honey to taste.
