Grilled Chicken Wings with Dry Mushroom

About 100 grams of dried fungus, soak in cold water overnight.

The middle section of chicken wings is about 1000 grams, rinsed and put into the warm water with cooking wine on the fire;

Boil on high heat for about a minute, then pour out and rinse.

Heat the oil, and the chicken wings will burst dry under the fire;

Stir fry with white sugar, braised soy sauce and pepper over medium heat;

Pour in the fungus which has been cut to remove the blackheads, washed, and squeezed out the water and stir fry;

Add water and submerge the chicken wings;
8.
Bring to a boil and cover on medium heat for ten minutes;

Fire to harvest juice;
10.
Dried juice, spit oil, put green onion, red pepper ring;
11.
Turn evenly to get out of the pot.
