Grilled Chicken Wings with Orange Honey

Wash the chicken wings, drain the water, add the marinade and mix well.

Fresh oranges peel off the skin on the surface, and the white part inside cannot be used.

The chicken wings are filled with shredded orange peel and 200ML of uniform orange.

Place in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 2 hours (marinade: 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt).

Coat the marinated chicken wings with a thin layer of dried cornstarch, and fry them in a pan until golden on both sides.

Put a little oil in the pan, pour the remaining 100ML fresh orange and 1 tablespoon of orange jam.

Bring to a boil over medium heat and pour 1 tablespoon of honey.
8.
Arrange the fried chicken wings into the pot and cook on medium heat until bubbling.
9.
Turn the chicken wings over and cook until the sauce is thick.

Don’t cook too long.
