Grilled Chicken Wings with Sauce

Prepare 4 chicken wings, wash them, and use a knife to cut each chicken wing on both sides. In order to marinate and taste.

Add 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and some salt.

Tips:
If you canβt buy barbecue sauce, you can use Lee Kum Kee Spare Rib Sauce or Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. Marinate chicken wings for at least 6 hours.
